israel just had another showdown with some other aid ship that are heading to gaza, this aid ship is from libyan and now are either heading to egypt where it can unload all the stuff they had on board or force their way into gaza by breaking the israeli naval blockade of gaza strip.
this conundrum is still going on and on and without any clear sight of solution. the israeli wants to stop hamas from acquiring any illegal weaponry and hamas wants israel to lifts its blockade totally for the sake of gaza people’s live.
you must know the famous incident of flotilla ship back then that israel army invade and ultimately kill 7 turkish people, israelis defends their action by saying that when doing the operation they’re lacking intelligent report of how many people on board and whether or not they will be attack when on board the ship. and unfortunately many people on the ship started attacking the israeli army when they are trying to board the ship using the helicopter and only to find themselves to be beaten by the aid ship crew with whatever stuff they could find such as swords, chair or even woods. this violence act of the crew ship prompted many soldier to defend their lives using live ammunition in which 7 people killed.
and then there were another ship that named after the famous activist Rachel Corrie (that died after she tried to save some family member living in gaza from israeli army that tried to demolish their home, after which she died of being run over by a large moving vehicle used for demolition) this rachel corrie ship was able to be tamed by israeli soldier and were brought to israeli port and the goods that they had aboard the ship were inspected and were sent to gaza strip eventually.
I for one decided to support israeli, it’s because israel is a democratic nation. and prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was elected fair and square. I mean in democratic society we should know that things are going on as the wish of the people and fairness is happening in that country. although I must also add that israelis did annexed part of palestine territory as their own and now had become part of israel. This is because some jews need some land to live after the end of nazi occupation of german.
I really don’t have any clue of what is the best possible solution into this difficult situation that’s happening in the middle east, ever since I was born I had known of this never ending conflict for years. So I guess the only solution is for both parties that is hamas and israel to realize that they eventually need to learn to live side by side. after all they both are democratic country.
update : this libyan ship are now unloading all it’s load in egypt and all of the stuff will undergo screening procedure done by israelis before taken to gaza strip
